I couldn't have asked for a better spot to unwind after a day of exploring, as this hotel is just a short stroll from fantastic places like Ponce City Market and Krog Street Market, both offering a variety of delicious food options and vibrant shops; I also loved how easy it was to walk to iconic spots like the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola, making my weekend adventure so much more enjoyable; the hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly, but the parking situation could use a bit of improvement.

We hit up Peachtree Street for a lit event and partied hard in the heart of the city - it was so epic! The vibes were on point, and we made memories that will last a lifetime.
All we needed for a perfect stay was a rooftop pool party! That would have taken our experience to the next level and made it the ultimate teenage getaway destination.

The staff are gold stars, particularly the restaurant lady, always smiling. The location is spot on, just a hop away from major attractions, and the room had a cozy charm despite feeling a tad tight.

I had such a frustrating experience with the air conditioning—it was completely ineffective! I woke up sweating and tossing all night. For a hotel stay, you expect to be comfortable, not battling the heat in your own room!

Cosy room, cosy atmosphere with a central location that made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and friendly staff who ensured we felt safe with key access to the elevators.

A major plus: this hotel has several convenient stores, reducing the need for extra travel. The room? Immaculately clean and cozy with crisp, white sheets. the atmosphere can be unsettling. Despite being on the 21st floor, we heard gunshots and shouting in the early hours. Check-in was long, though staff addressed our needs with kindness. Room issues arose too; the toilet wouldn’t flush initially. Dining at 22 Story's was disappointing due to poor food quality. The positives are clear, but serious improvements are needed for an exceptional experience. Kind staff cannot overshadow these challenges.

Great downtown location, close to attractions like the aquarium and Coca Cola. Room was spacious with a nice balcony, but the cleanliness and room service needed improvement—often late and missing toiletries. I appreciated the valet service, though it came at a hefty price. A staff member was rude when addressing a double charge issue, which left me frustrated. While the aesthetics and central atrium were appealing, the noise from neighboring rooms and the dated feel of my corner unit detracted from the experience. An average stay that didn't quite meet the high expectations for a major hotel.

The room was nice and provided a great view, enhancing the overall experience. the bathroom was terribly small, making it feel cramped. The bed, while comfortable, had a mattress that didn’t look clean, which was disappointing. Temperature control worked well, ensuring a cozy atmosphere despite the outside weather. Noise levels varied; the adjoining room had a party that disrupted our sleep. I appreciated the security feature requiring a room key for elevator access. The lamp didn’t work, which made the room feel dark. Despite these issues, the staff were polite and attentive to our needs.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the train and within walking distance to downtown attractions. The large windows in the room allowed for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was able to accommodate me when my original reservation fell through, providing a room in a pinch.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, as smudges on the windows, stained carpet, and peeling desk wood detracted from the overall experience. The lack of proper amenities in the bathroom made it challenging for two guests to comfortably share the space.

The gym was so big, I got lost in there; Polaris restaurant was out of this world! Everything was so posh, I felt like a millionaire. Oh, and let's not forget I could grab Starbucks 24/7.
I just loved getting examples showing how not to offer customer service.

During my recent stay at the Hyatt, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, which I appreciated. The balcony offered a nice view, although it could have been cleaned better. I enjoyed the amenities such as the ironing facilities and in-room desk, which were convenient for my needs. Unfortunately, there were some areas that could use improvement. The parking situation was quite chaotic, as we had to wait for 45 minutes for our car and discovered our key left inside. This was concerning for security reasons and made the valet service seem disorganized. the lack of housekeeping services unless staying for four days was a downside. The limited refrigerator space and absence of a microwave were also notable inconveniences. The leaking water issue took multiple calls and a visit to the front desk to resolve, which was frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's prime location in downtown/Midtown was advantageous, with numerous dining options and parking facilities nearby. The friendly valet staff and efficient check-out experience added to the positive aspects of my stay. although there were some hiccups during my time at the Hyatt, the overall experience was still enjoyable. I would consider staying here again but hope that the issues mentioned can be addressed for a smoother guest experience in the future.

The hotel looked fancy inside and had cool decorations. Loved being near everything I wanted to do in the city, super convenient. Staff were friendly!
Room was meh, felt bland and not special. Thought I upgraded for a sweet balcony, but it was tiny.

the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. just wish there was a fridge and microwave in the room. the hotel is very beautiful! ! all staff were professional and polite. we had to park at a nearby parking garage because the hotel parking was full, but it was all star weekend, so it was understandable. we had no issue with walking to the nearby parking garage, it was close enough to the hotel. the location and decor of the hotel were impressive. there were numerous restaurants in close proximity, and the view from the higher floors was great. we loved the room and the beds slept very well. 🌟me and my family would like to personally thank vicky jackson and ty and megan. they went beyond their service at hyatt we felt like we were a family. we will be back to soon and hyatt has our business and everyone we can tell about hyatt regency. we love you guys so professional. thanks again. 🌟

I was thrilled to visit the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, and the Hyatt Regency's convenient location made it the perfect choice. The surprise offering of local walking and jogging maps was a nice touch, and I appreciated the nearby access to Ponce City Market and the historic neighborhoods.
Room was small and cramped.

My stay at this elegant hotel was truly remarkable. From the moment I checked in, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, with a stunning decor that added a touch of sophistication to my stay. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the seasonal outdoor pool. The location was perfect, close to popular tourist attractions like the Coke World and the aquarium. it was a delightful experience.
The only downside I found was the size of the rooms in the radius tower. They were relatively small and didn't offer a balcony or a great view.

this hyatt regency is top-notch. everything's so clean and the location is perfect. the food and bar are great, and we even got a free room upgrade. the staff are super friendly, and the rooms are spacious.
